This year's pictures from the Iota Folklife Festival show the Tee-Mamou
Courir rolling down the street about 2:15 p.m.They get off of their wagons, parade on foot back up the street, and then
gather on the main stage to dance and beg.
Another photo shows the stage earlier in the afternoon when
it was crowded with festival-goers dancing.

at the Catholic Daughters of America tent, where she sold beignets and other treats.
